Facebook Giveaways

For all Facebook Giveaways:

  • No purchase necessary

  • Purchase does not increase chance of winning

  • Void where prohibited

  • Entry procedures will be outlined on the promotion page/ad

  • You must be 18 years old to enter or have consent from a parent or guardian if ages 14-17. 13 and under cannot enter.

  • Entry is valid only on the original post promoting the giveaway

  • Prize will be a Mini Session (from any of the Fee categories) and cannot be exchanged or refunded for a monetary value. Winner must be within 30 miles of Centerton, AR or Hannibal, MO or be willing to drive to within 30 miles of these 2 locations or meet at a mutually agreed upon location. If winner is not able to be at specified locations or a mutual location cannot be agreed upon, winner forfeits all giveaway items/services. For session specifics, please see the “Fees” page on this site. Session time must be scheduled within 12 months of winning. Winners may reschedule one time. If an appointment is missed more than once, the winner forfeits all giveaway items/services.

  • Winner will be chosen and announced 10-12 days after start of giveaway.

  • Winner will be determined randomly based on entry procedures outlined in the promotion page/ad.

  • By entering to win per outlined procedures, you consent to allowing this business to send messages if you are chosen as a winner and inviting you to like our Facebook page and/or visit our website. Your information will not be shared outside of CrysOptics Photography employees or managers. (We are a very small business.)

  • CrysOptics Photography is not liable for any misinformation communicated outside of the original post.

  • CrysOptics Photography will not be required to schedule sessions past 12 months of the contest.

  • Odds of winning are 1 and total number of entries.

  • Giveaway results are managed at the owners’s residence in Centerton, AR 72719

  • This giveaway is in noway sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
